The following terms and conditions apply to any orders placed from customers for all products and services provided by Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd.
All designs, logos and photos (unless otherwise credited) are the copyright and property of Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd. Neither you, nor a third party may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way whether for business or personal use.
Prior to the delivery of your product, Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd shall send you a proof by email. It is at this stage that amendments can be made. However, only one further proof can be made, therefore all amendments need to be made following receipt of your first proof. Once we receive your second proof, no further amendments can be made without charge. The cost of this will depend on the nature of the work involved. We will not commence with production until we have received written approval from you in writing via email.
The proof process is crucial and it is your responsibility to check the wording, spelling, grammar, punctuation, font and detail. Once proofs have been approved no alterations can be made. Once you have approved your proof, you are agreeing that we can take the proof to print, therefore if is your responsibility to make sure that it is exactly as you want.
Please note that proofs are only sent for invitations, menus and order of service. It is your responsibility to check and correct any errors in names, places, times, locations and details in the order of service. We strongly recommend that both yourself and your designated catering company proof menus. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyright material such as hymns, poems, readings or pictures that you request feature in the stationery.
Please ensure you check and correct any errors in your personal information before you send it to us. This includes people’s names, places, times, location, table plan details and any text used for orders of service. We will print exactly as the document sent. Please note: Proofs are not sent for other items such as Table Plans, Table Name Cards or Place Cards.
Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd takes no responsibility for you failing to respond to the proofs by a given date. Any delay could result in your production slot being missed and a delay in you receiving your order, or your order being cancelled if we don’t have the capacity to then complete your order prior to your event. We would not reimburse the non-refundable total in this situation.
We accept payment via Bank Transfer and PayPal. There is a 4% fee for PayPal payments.
All prices quoted by Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd include VAT at the current rate where applicable and are quoted in GBP (£).
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice, however this will not affect any confirmed orders.
All products shall remain the property of Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd until full payment has been received and cleared.
Every effort is made to display prices correctly. However, on rare occasions, mistakes happen. In this instance Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd will correct the mistake and inform you the customer so that you can decide whether to continue with the order at the correct price.
In an unlikely event, delays in performing part or all of its obligations without limitation, which arises from or is attributes to, acts of god, war or national emergency, governmental actions, riot, civil commotion, fire, storm, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock outs, strikes, or other labour disputes, breakdown of machinery or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate materials, the date of delivery shall be postponed for the period that the circumstances continue.
Our products are handcrafted and therefore it is only natural that there may be slight differences between products, however the overall product will be the same. Our suppliers cannot guarantee continuity between batches and therefore there may be slight variations. It is for this reason that we strongly suggest that you order all your stationery items at the same time as well as any possible spares that you may need. All of our designs display embellishments and due to the nature of this slight differences may occur with the positioning of each embellishment.
Our stationery does consist of small parts and is therefore not suitable for babies and children.
Please note that whilst images used on our website and other various advertising methods used by Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd aim to give a true likeness to the design, colours will appear differently on screen than they will when printed. We strongly suggest that you order a sample prior to placing your order.
Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd reserve the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services, either directly, on our website, magazines, advertising materials and any social media site. We also reserve the right to use any stationery designed for you for future customers.
Once you receive your stationery it is your responsibility to keep your items in good condition. The stationery should be stored in a dry environment and not exposed to direct sun light, damp, hot or cold conditions and stored flat. If this is not adhered to items can bend or damage and this is not and will not be accepted to be a fault of the product.
Over time paper / card can discolour and ink can fade. Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd cannot guarantee this will not happen to your items over time.
Samples usually take 2-4 weeks to be produced and dispatched. This can be longer during our busy periods but we will inform you of any delays at the point of purchase. Occasionally samples vary slightly in colour when comparing to the final product due to some items being from a different batch. This is beyond our control and we take no responsibility.
