Supporting Charities

We love to support Charities where possible. Here are some charities we have supported in the past.

TCF – The Citizens Foundation (UK)

Imperial College London Pakistan Society is a charity-based student society. Their goal is to raise money for notable causes back home whilst simultaneously providing their members with the exciting social platform they desire. Charity is similarly at the heart of Shaam, their annual ball, with all the proceeds from the event going to their chosen NGOs.
Imperial College London Pakistan Society have selected The Citizens’ Foundation (TCF) as their chosen charity for the academic year 2018/19. TCF aims to aid to build a country where all children and women have access to high quality education that unlocks their full potential and helps them realise their aspirations. Pakistan has the second highest out-of-school population in the world; 23 million children between ages 5-15 do not receive an education, a right guaranteed in the country’s constitution. Half of all women in Pakistan are illiterate; in rural areas this increases to two-thirds of women. TCF has been determined to tackle this problem and as a result has achieved the following:
* Built 1400+ schools nationwide
* Employed over 6000+ teachers
* Educated over 220000+ students
In supporting TCF, Imperial College London Pakistan Society hope to further improve education and, in doing so, better society and opportunities in Pakistan. For more information on TCF’s work, visit
