Is that the Postman?

All products are either hand-finished or hand-made and therefore, will be generally dispatached within 2-5 weeks after receipt of payment. Delivery costs will be dependent upon total cost of purchase which is displayed at the checkout stage. All event stationary and product orders are sent via Royal Mail Delivery Service or Courier. Please inform Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd if you are likely to be away so that we can avoid delivery at these specific times. We cannot guarantee delivery on any specific date.

Due to our bespoke and handmade service we cannot accept any cancellations after an order has been placed with us. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Any changes to product details may be requested and considered by the company simply by notifying us at info@moheenipauldesigns.com. We will confirm any changes that we can make possible before any order is complete via email.

Moheeni Paul Designs Ltd cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control, such as adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. We shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred by the customer arising out of any delays in delivery or damage or loss during transit. However, special care is taken to ensure that all fragile goods and products are well-protected and boxes are amply sized.

We are unable to accept any returns on any products. In unfortunate instances of failed delivery, or damaged goods, we will ensure we do our very best to either re-send or exchange the order for a new product.
