Mandala Henna Paint Night Events – Creating an unforgettable experience!

Mandala Henna Paint Night Events – Creating an unforgettable experience!

So I am super excited about launching my very first and unique Mandala Henna Paint Night across London for 2019. This has been one of my ambitious goals for such a long time. I believe that if you put your mind to something and really focus on it, then your dreams and goals will really manifest and become your reality. I really wanted to create an experience for people to come along, learn something new, unwind with a drink or even cake and create a mandala piece which they could take away with them, and so here it is. My tickets are on sale on Eventbrite, click on the link on my homepage to purchase a ticket.

What does Mandala mean?

Mandalas mean circle in Sanskrit and are commonly used in Hinduism, Buddhism and spiritual arts such as Yoga and meditation. It creates harmony and unity and I thought it would be very fitting to be able to launch an event where we could all celebrate the ancient art of henna (which is over 5000 years old) by recreating a mandala canvas piece to centre ourselves and balance our thoughts. Everything in this world from nature to atoms consist of a circular shape. Circles could represent so many things such:

  • The Circle of Life, Trust, Friendship.
  • Balance
  • Unity
  • Fulfillment
  • Content
  • Self-Acceptance
  • Self-realisation.
  • Collaboration
  • Togetherness
  • Ying and Yang

So you’re probably thinking, how did this come about?

To me, this is very therapeutic and sharing this would mean that we take time out for just a few hours to self care.

It’s time to up our game and put ourselves first. Once we care for ourselves, (i.e. body and mind), then we are super more effective to help everyone else around us. I really wanted to create an experience where people could come along, put away their busy schedules, overcrowded thoughts and just unwind with a drink and paint. Painting reminds me of my childhood, being able to pick up a paint brush and just express myself emotionally, even if the picture made no sense. My daughter is currently 17 months as I’m writing this, and she absolutely loooooves picking up a paint brush and children friendly paints to get messy with. Painting just allows us to feel like we are doing something quite therapeutic and for me, this event creates the forum to do so.

Who is this perfect for?

  • Friends
  • Family
  • Come alone and meet people from all walks of life and have some “ME” time.
  • Couples – This would make an amazing first date experience
  • Teams from Work.

I hope to see you there. However, if you are too far away and fancy attending one of these events, then drop me an email and perhaps I could plan an event near you.

Enjoy xxx
